Saturday was way too eventful to capture in coherent sentences and paragraphs, so a chronological outline will have to do.
7:00 - Wake up. It's early. Gah.
8:30 - Head to Kinkos to print out four copies of our sixty-page bid packet.
9:00 - This Kinkos doesn't exist anymore?? Let's go find another one.
9:30 - WHY ISN'T THE FILE ON THE FLASH DRIVE? AND IT'S RAINING? Panic mode sets in.
10:30 - Bid packet downloaded and printed. Frantic drive to Malibu.
11:30 - Arrive at Pepperdine. Catch the last half of seminar 2.
12:00 - Lunch. Comfort food. Review for bid presentation.
13:00 - Seminar 3.
14:00 - Bid presentation with Rutgers. Simultaneously fun and exhausting.
16:00 - Closing ceremony. Trouble staying awake. Keynote speaker is a baller though.
17:45 - Drive to nearest In N Out. Yum.
19:00 - Arrive at the legendary Shrine Auditorium for Kollaboration X. Bump into friends from middle school(!)
23:00 - The night begins.
Fortunately, Sunday and Monday were much chiller. I'll let the pictures below speak for themselves. This will probably also be the last post from LA, since KASCON is now officially over, but hope you guys enjoyed the updates while they lasted!
